Account and workspace records
GlossHarbor stores account details, workspace membership, design notes and uploaded photos on its Hostinger hosting. Workspace access requires sign-in; authorized members can access their workspace’s records.
AI image processing
When you confirm permission and request a preview, the selected hand photo and reference image are sent to Perfect Corp for processing. Finished service photos are not automatically submitted for AI generation.
No automatic publishing
Uploading a photo does not publish it on the public website or on social media. Only upload images you have permission to use and obtain the client’s consent for their photos.
Browser preferences and cookies
The site uses session cookies for sign-in and local browser storage for language, display preferences and draft recovery. Draft recovery is tied to the signed-in workspace.
Export and deletion assistance
The studio includes a text-record export. For photo export, deletion requests or questions about stored data, contact sales@glossharbor.com. Records are not automatically erased when you sign out; operational backups may also contain prior copies.
